"Finding unity in the body and mind is the first step to true balance." ~Christina Watkins
Christina is very passionate about the unity of body and mind, knowing the two need balance from one another to find balance within yourself. With practice, comes patience. While struggling with health difficulties, Christina was introduced to yoga as a last resort for exercise. As one struggling with serious anxiety, yoga was difficult for her but there was something about that first class that pulled her in. Through the practice of yoga, on and off the mat, Christina has transformed her life in ways she didn’t think possible. Knowing what yoga was able to do for her, she enjoys sharing these same experiences with others in hope that she is able to help others find that same release.
Christina also has a passion for acroyoga and partner yoga, loving the unity it creates between two beings. She travels often to practice and expand her knowledge. As an instructor, she encourages you to honor your own body while finding the power inside yourself through relaxation.

"I love uniting with individuals to experience oneness and harmony" ~Melissa Mann
Yoga was pure physical for Melissa prior to kids. Once she had her first child, fitness took a back seat. After having twins, she used yoga to get back in shape but found that it meant so much more, there was a mind shift as well. The mental benefits of yoga took hold and Melissa found herself less stressed with a more positive outlook on life. Today she finds joy in giving back to the community through yoga. In her classes she allows people the opportunity to relax, let go of distractions and feel the renewed strength of the mind body connection.
Melissa received her 200 RYT certification through Om My Yoga and is also a certified Kids/teen Instructor. She is currently working on her 300 hour to become a 500 RYT.
"Unity is when all souls, all bodies are working together to support the earth's circular being." ~Sam
Originally from the Gettysburg area, Samantha grew up traveling the world with her parents and the Air Force. She calls the Harrisburg area her home but knows that wherever she lands is where her home and heart will be. Samantha started practicing yoga regularly in 2000 when she was looking for something more than working out in a gym. In 2002 she started racing heavily as a road cyclist and also coaching for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. At that time she also studied and trained to be a fitness and yoga instructor, teaching boot-camp, circuit training, spin and Hatha yoga. There was no limit to challenging herself as a teacher. She has now married her love for physical fitness with her connection to the earth by teaching yoga regularly. Yoga is what keeps Samantha grounded. While her yoga training was initiated by her physical fitness training, she's found a love for teaching Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga to beginners, intermediate and experienced students alike.
Yoga for Samantha is about "Unity," when all souls, all bodies are working together to support the earth's circular being. One unified world is the sum of its parts; it appears as a whole first, but it is the individual pieces, in harmony, that make us strong.
Samantha received her yoga training through SCW fitness and by training with Lawrence Biscontini.
"Unity is the ability to see the Universal Truth in everyone and everything." ~NRS
Nicoli Rena Sinclair began her yoga practice in 2007 when a colleague she worked with at a hedge fund gave her a Kundalini Yoga DVD. She enjoyed yoga for physical reasons and found that it offered relief from her finance career. Later that year Nicoli decided to enhance her practice by attending a Vinyasa Yoga class. She hated the class at first and found it very difficult to link each movement with the breath. Nevertheless, she believed this practice had something to offer and months later gave another teacher and class a try. She became hooked. After years of practicing, in 2011 Nicoli decided to get certified in Vinyasa Yoga. Having a love for dance, she was drawn to the dance like flow and the cardio, strength building and stretching benefits.
In 2012, Nicoli received her 200/hr. yoga certification from Three Sisters Yoga in NYC, and in 2015 she received her 500/hr. yoga certification from the same school.
Nicoli is the owner of United We Om Yoga and is certified with Yoga Alliance.
