Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-6 business days after receipt of your order (this does not include one day of processing.) International orders add 5+ days depending on customs.

Refunds and exchanges for merchandise purchased online may be made within 14 days. No refund or exchanges for merchandise purchased online after 14 days. Exchanges only for items purchased in-store, no exceptions. No refunds or exchanges on discounted items. No refunds on items purchased at craft shows, in-store, pop-up shops or trade shows, these items may be exchanged only. 

We pay return shipping charges for exchanges only. If requesting a refund, return shipping charges are deducted from your refund.

Please email us for a return label. If returning merchandise, we will notify you of the refund amount excluding shipping charges if applicable.

For the best service and selection, please order your replacement items online to insure we do not sell out of it, or email us for assistance. You may also exchange merchandise in our store.


Please email us for assistance returning oversized items, perishable goods or other unusual merchandise.


If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days, which will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return.
