  • Read about the ingredients and roots of each meal
  • Use your senses to embrace the colors and texture of each item 
  • Place soups in the bowl, sides on the small plate and the main dish goes on the larger plate. Don't overfill
  • Given thanks for the food and to those that prepared it 
  • Eat slowly allowing the intense flavors to spread throughout the mouth.
  • Breath and then go back for seconds (smile).
